Swiss Wavepool Championship 2019

The Swiss Wavepool Championship is the official national competition in wavepool surfing. The best surfers qualify for the Swiss Landlocked Surfing Team!

• Location: Urbansurf, Gerold Areal, Zürich

Divisions & Prices

There are four Divisions. Active Members get a discount if logged in. If you are not yet an Active Member, you will automatically receive the Active Membership with the registration to the Champs and can benefit from the Active Member advantages.

• Men (> 18, Swiss passport required) – Max. 24 Surfers
  CHF 100.- / CHF 50.-
• Women (>18, Swiss passport required) – Max. 12 Surfers
  CHF 100.- / CHF 50.-
• Juniors (<18, Swiss passport required) – Max. 8 Surfers
  CHF 90.- / CHF 40.-
• Expression Session (no Swiss passport required, of all ages) – Max. 8 Surfers
  CHF 100.- / CHF 50.-

For double citizen it is not allowed to register in two divisions (e.g. Men & Expression Session)

Requirements

• Swiss nationality (except Expression Session)
• Acceptance of the SSA Competition Rules
• Acceptance of the general terms and conditions Citywave & Urbansurf Plattform
• Insurance has to be covered by the participants
• Minors (age < 18) have to be accompanied by their parents or another adult supervisor 

Registration

• Final deadline for registration is 31 August (online registration). Places are limited and given on a first come – first served basis.
• There is no Bodyboarding Division
  

Attendee Information

• We are happy about some information about you, so that our moderator can tell a few things about you during the event.
• Feel free to add your Social Media Profile for media coverage. So we can tag you during and after the competition days, while publishing results.

Training Session

• Session 1: Saturday, 07.09.19, 11.15 – 12.00
• Session 2: Saturday, 07.09.19, 12.00 – 12.45
• Session 3: Saturday, 07.09.19, 12.45 – 13.30

You can only book one training session. Max. 15 participants per session.

Please note that the training session can have more than 10 participants and is only a warm-up round.
