Due to the situation with COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our athletes, fans, and staff, the SSA has made the decision to cancel the Swiss Surfing Championship 2020.
For attendees that have already registered for the SSC2020 will be informed by us personally. The competition fees will be fully refunded.
We will keep you informed about the Swiss Surfing Championship 2021!
It would be a good alternative to do video entries like the Rip Curl Grom Search contest and that way still have a 2020 competition and also discover some swiss athletes from abroad

thanks for your idea. We had already thought of such an event several times during the Corona crisis. Since we all work voluntarily for the SSA, we tried to make our events as good as possible with the extra work that Covid caused and the uncertainty that came with it. We will include such an event in the planning for next year.
