One of the goals of the SSA is to promote Surfing in Switzerland, we therefore organize different Events in Switzerland and abroad. These include:

		Swiss Surfing Championships This are the official Swiss Surfing Championships that are organized once a year at the fabulous beaches of France. The best surfers qualify for the Swiss Surfing Team that represents Switzerland in International Contests. Click here to see more details...

		International Championships Biannually the ISA and ESF organize the World Surfing Games and the European Surfing Championships where different Nations come together to surf together and also compete against each other. The SSA sets up the Swiss Surfing Team that gets the chance to show other countries that although we don’t have an ocean we still have a lot of good surfers that are good enough to give them a hard time during the International Competitions.
